Custom Orders

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Items are limited, especially licensed designs. We may never restock them so stay in the know with the brand to see if we ever bring them back.

General FAQs

We craft timeless pieces for fans who respect the quality of the craft. Items are also only ever in silver and gold except very select items that are functional pieces like carabiners that have a brass base.

A pre-order is for an item not yet in stock, but available for you to purchase ahead of the production window. This guarantees that you'll secure the item before it sells out.

We are always in need of family and friends and welcome any request to help promote the MNSTR Assoc story. The more original the better, but reach out with your idea to team@mnstrassoc.com.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping numbers are generated when the order is fulfilled and can vary by location and speed chosen at checkout. Items shipped come with the carrier provided insurance options so any shipping issues need to be directed to the postal carrier directly.

International orders may be subject to customs which either need to be paid at checkout or with your local postal carriers. Please check frequently with your country's customs requirements and only some labels are available to ship outside of the US.
Not all items are available to all countries and any order can be cancelled to comply with our licensing requirements.
