Returns & Final Sale

All jewelry purchases from MNSTR ASSOC are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds, except where required by applicable law.

This includes newly launched collections, limited and numbered editions, exclusive releases, and made-to-order jewelry.

We produce many of our pieces in limited quantities. Our final-sale policy helps preserve availability for collectors and prevents limited inventory from being held and returned after a release has sold through.

Exchanges or store credit may be considered within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval and availability.

Exchanges & Store Credit

To request an exchange or store credit, contact team@mnstrassoc.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) involved.

Requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Approved items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping on voluntary exchanges. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and store credit may be offered when an exchange is unavailable.

Please do not send merchandise back without prior authorization.

Cancellations & Pre-Orders

Final-sale jewelry orders are not eligible for automatic cancellation requests. If you need to cancel an order before fulfillment, contact team@mnstrassoc.com as soon as possible. Requests may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable consumer rights.

For other eligible merchandise, cancellation requests may be submitted until the item is fulfilled.

Pre-orders and made-to-order items may have additional restrictions disclosed before purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact team@mnstrassoc.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise are not subject to restocking fees or return shipping charges.

Other Eligible Returns

For merchandise not designated as final sale, eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Approved voluntary refunds are issued to the original payment method, less applicable original shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee.

Once a return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing.

These fees and conditions do not apply where prohibited by law or to remedies required for defective or incorrect merchandise.

Shipping, Addresses & Delivery

Orders are shipped as items are completed and ready. Estimated fulfillment timelines for items still in production are displayed on their product pages. Items within the same order may ship separately.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, contact team@mnstrassoc.com immediately.

We will attempt to correct the address before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the customer's responsibility.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check the delivery area and contact us so we can assist with investigating the shipment.

International Orders & Returns

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges.

For approved voluntary exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for return shipping and applicable charges unless otherwise agreed.

Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have additional statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and return rights. These rights take precedence over our voluntary final-sale policy.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, eligible customers may cancel or return their purchase within the legally required period and receive the refund required by law.

This policy applies to purchases made on or after its effective date. Purchases made before that date remain subject to the applicable terms at the time of purchase.
